Dear Health Care Professional,

We are pleased to invite you to express interest in Cohort 20, an exclusive group of 20 pioneering Health Care Professionals dedicated to advancing clinician wellbeing through trauma-informed, evidence-based support. Whether you are a physician managing complex patient cases, a nurse navigating frontline demands, an administrator balancing operational challenges, or a clinical leader guiding teams through uncertainty, your expertise makes you an ideal candidate for this transformative program.

The Realities of a Day in the Life of Health Care Professionals

As dedicated providers, you face unrelenting stresses: extended shifts filled with high-stakes decisions, emotional weight from patient traumas, and administrative burdens that erode time for self-care. Physicians may grapple with diagnostic pressures and moral distress; nurses often endure physical exhaustion and compassion fatigue; administrators contend with systemic inefficiencies and team burnout. These demands test your inherent strength and resilience—qualities that, while remarkable, can be easily depleted without intentional support, leading to accumulated workload stress and long-term emotional toll.

The Average HCP Scorecard – Where Are You Bleeding Energy? Updated monthly

Here’s how the average HCP scores on the MarisGraph 8-pillar scan right now:

Willpower 69 % • Breathing 50 % • Hydration 70 % • Thoughts 75 % • Nutrition 65 % • Movement 71 % • Rest 66 % • Sexual Wellbeing 63 %

These numbers aren’t just data—they’re the quiet truth about how you show up every day.

How present are you for your patients?

How much energy do you have left for family and friends?

And, most importantly, how kindly you treat yourself when the shift finally ends.

Anything below 80 % means there’s room to glow brighter—and you deserve that space.

Awareness is the very first step. Let’s take it together and get you there.

What This Program Offers

Our 8-week, self-paced program is designed to foster resilience through trauma-informed practices, daily emotional stress management, and data-driven insights into workload-related stress. Participants will complete pre- and post-program assessments, including measurable biomarkers (tracked via tools like MarisGraph and blood tests such as cortisol levels for stress response, C-reactive protein for inflammation, vitamin D for energy and mood regulation, and thyroid function tests like TSH and free T4 for metabolic health). These will help monitor progress toward aspirational targets such as reduced stress indicators, enhanced emotional regulation, and improved overall wellbeing. To get started, you'll fill out our Combat Burnout Assessment Form (link below), which guides the selection of relevant biomarkers for personalised tracking. These outcomes will be ethically monitored with professional oversight by a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, researchers, and wellness experts, ensuring all data informs supportive, evidence-based decisions without guaranteeing specific results. The program requires just 18 minutes daily, 5 days a week, allowing flexibility for your demanding schedule.

Confidentiality, Data Security, and Oversight

Your privacy is our utmost priority. All data collected, including pre- and post-program results, will be anonymised and handled with the highest standards of confidentiality and security, compliant with HIPAA and GDPR guidelines. No names, personal details, or identifiable information will be shared—only aggregated, de-identified results will be used to refine the program and inform broader wellbeing initiatives. An independent oversight committee, comprising ethicists, clinicians, and data security experts, will review all processes to ensure ethical integrity and participant protection.

Your Role as a Pioneer

As a member of Cohort 20, you'll contribute to a model that empowers physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical leaders to sustain their strength and deliver exceptional care. By sharing anonymised insights, you'll help shape scalable solutions that address the long-term toll of clinician stress. Cohort 20 will serve as a pilot trial in advance of a forthcoming two-year study planned by a prestigious Melbourne institution, which is scheduled to commence in June 2026 and involve 600 healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Your participation will help fine-tune the study forms and processes ahead of the 600-participant trial.

What We Ask of You

To proceed, submit your completed application form, including the MarisGraph submission, by October 6th. This will allow us to assess fit and provide program access shortly thereafter. In our selection process, we will not discriminate against any applicant, as we prioritise mental health for all Health Care Professionals; however, only the first 20 participants will be admitted to Cohort 20. Remaining candidates will be offered a substantial discount to access the program independently.

Next Steps

If you're interested, simply click the 'I am ready to proceed' button below to fill out the form.

You’ve carried the world long enough.

Time to carry yourself a little lighter. 💚

Thank you for considering this opportunity to invest in your wellbeing and that of your colleagues. Together, we can build a more resilient healthcare community.

We encourage you to share this invitation with a colleague you suspect may be experiencing mental health stress—according to global data, over 40% of HCPs suffer from burnout and emotional exhaustion. A meta-analysis found the pooled prevalence of burnout among health care professionals in cross-sectional studies was 40.4%. Link
