How e7D-Wellness was Born
In the heart of a personal tragedy, a beacon of hope emerged. Patricia Maris, deeply touched by her experiences, embarked on a mission to promote wellness and health worldwide. This journey led to the birth of the e7D-Wellness (e7D) programs, a testament to her unwavering resolve and dedication to WHOLE-istic wellbeing.
The evolution e7D traces back to the vision of bridging the gap between WHOLE-istic and Western Medicine. The e7D-Wellness Program was conceived to narrow this gap, offering a unique approach that caters specifically to busy health care professionals. Through interactive, bite-sized 18-minute sessions, the program provides a one-stop kiosk of wellness solutions, merging science with 'Abuelita's Wisdom.' (Grandmom Knowledge)
However, the journey wasn't without its challenges. The wellness industry is crowded and filled with scepticism and resistance to change. While an invaluable tool, traditional science often needs to recognise the potential of WHOLE-istic approaches until they are proven through its methodology. But Patricia was undeterred. She believed in the power of WHOLE-istic wellness, and so, she persevered.
The e7D-Wellness Program has symbolised resilience and innovation in the wellness industry. It stands out with its unique approach, blending science with traditional knowledge to provide a comprehensive wellness solution.
Marketing the program came with its own set of challenges. Convincing a traditionally science-driven audience to embrace a WHOLE-istic approach took a lot of work. However, we managed to break through the barriers through strategic communication and solid evidence of the program's effectiveness.
How e7D-Wellness Was Born – My Personal Story

Everything on e7doc.com and marisgraph.com was born from my darkest years, and from one moment I will never unsee.
A colleague, brilliant, kind, only 30 years old, took her own life. I keep replaying the last conversation we had in the tearoom. I deeply felt it was on my watch.
That single loss broke something in me… and rebuilt me with one promise: No health care professional should ever feel that alone again.
That promise became the e7D-Wellness Program.
I am the founder of the program. I receive zero financial benefit from any purchase, subscription, or donation. This work is my legacy: to give away freely what took me 30+ years and a lifetime of pain to learn.
Every prompt, every pillar, every 18-minute session is me sharing the exact tools that kept me breathing, hoping they help you keep breathing too.
I write, I share, I show up, because I still believe one grateful heartbeat at a time can change everything.
